Great customer service and they are very knowledgeable about anything about pools. The prices are marked up and a little expensive but they have everything you need concerning your pool. If they don't have it they can get it really fast.
I was disappointed when I went in to find out my favorite go to pool lady Rhonda is no longer employed there. Literally I went because of her knowledge. I will definitely not be back. No one was able to answer any questions I had.
Great service and great people always willing to go the extra mile to help. If they don't have the part they can and will find it and get it as fast as they can.
I usually go here vs online because it's close to my house. I've been here numerous times and it's always the same problem! The heavy set guy that works Wednesday mornings is excessively rude! I has to ask him was this a family owned business, I thought it being family owned would give him confidence to be extremely rude. His answer was no, it is not family owned. Im done. On a more positive note the other slender guy always provides great Customer service .
