Michelle is by far the worst general manager how could you call yourself a manager when you're never in the store? Three consecutive days I've tried to come into the store for help and she's not even there?? I can never get a hold of her and it's always the assistant manager in the store by herself during the busiest season. Extremely unprofessional and a sad excuse of management. do better.

This place is horrible I put my vacum pump in to be calibrated a month ago and haven't heard from them so I contacted the store today and no one knows anything about what's going on so the associate said we are awaiting on parts but the vacum pump is brand new every time I get my water tested and purchase the chemicals they requested it hasn't worked as of yet my pool is still cloudy after using them for 4 months horrible experience
