Turned my tub into an alkaline battery. I had my new, 5 days old spa, at nearly perfect numbers according to their test strips. I was missing conditioner only so my chlorine wouldn't burn off so quickly. I knew what I was going in to buy, I thought I'd take a water sample with me for confirmation. Store is always clean and well stocked but most importantly the staff is incredibly helpful. Toni helps me understand what i need to do to keep my pool beautiful and healthy. Highly recommend!
I am the new manager for the Austell location. I have now been in charge of this store for the past uwar and would love to help with any issues you may have.
Michelle is by far the worst general manager how could you call yourself a manager when you're never in the store? Three consecutive days I've tried to come into the store for help and she's not even there?? I can never get a hold of her and it's always the assistant manager in the store by herself during the busiest season. Extremely unprofessional and a sad excuse of management. do better.
