This particular store and the chain overall are terrible. They fear monger you into purchasing chemicals and supplies in excess of what you need and don’t clearly state their return policy at time of purchase, nor is it clearly stated on the receipt. In short, both the store and the customer service number stick to the same script regarding returns: no “chemicals” are eligible for return or for refund.
