Was standing there for about 10 mins wile the worker was having a sweet conversation with customer.
I highly recommend this Leslie’s Pool location compared to the one just north of here. At that other store, you often have to stand in line and most of the time the customer assistants ignore you—like what happened to me today. That’s why I would rather drive a little farther to this location, because Abby provides excellent customer service, gives knowledgeable advice for my large home pool, and truly cares about helping customers. Abbie and this store saved my pool, and I won’t go anywhere else.
*(STAY AWAY!!!!! Well for what use to be my favorite Leslie's on N. Dale Mabry. I went to purchase 2 refills of liquid chlorine. Felt like it took 10min to fill up 2 jugs which i thought was odd , but didnt think much of it . Once I got home and began pouring the chlorine I immediately noticed the odor was weak and the color was very light (very little yellow in color). As I was pouring the Chlorine my neighbor came through the gate and said what is wrong with that chlorine it looks like water. Now I realized I wasn't crazy.... read more
Have been going for years. Happy with their service.
This location, which is run by Frank, is very disappointing. He has had our pool vac since Nov/2024. It is under warranty, however he told us that we had to contact the company. We have reached out to corporate & they have dropped the ball, referring us back to the store manager, Frank.We paid over $600 for this vac & feel that it is not up to the customer to try to fix the problem. Leslie's gladly took our money but now we are screwed.
