I had a problem with my Polaris pool cleaner brought it in. I called first and got great customer service then when I brought the machine in, they looked at it that day. Call me right away. Dave was the guy communication all the time. Great work.
On 9/18/23 around 2 PM, I went in to purchase a winterizing kit. When I arrived, the assistant manager, Colleen, was on the phone. I picked out my kit and went to the counter to pay, but Colleen told me that another customer—who was not even at the counter—was “next.” Colleen stayed on the phone for another 5–10 minutes while both of us waited. Wife went to this location because our pool was green. Colleen instructed my wife to buy a few items but told her the improper amount of shock to add to the pool. I wasted 3 days following the directions Colleen gave my wife, and the pool was still green after day 3 with little improvement. When I called the store on day 2, Colleen quickly rushed me off the phone by telling me to wait 36 hours. The staff at this store are amazing. Always friendly and willing to talk people (and by people I mean me) off a cliff. But I have also seen them go that extra mile for everyone else as well. They know their stuff, handle things with patience and humor. Definitely would not have made it through my first summer managing a 60,000 gallon pool without them!
The staff at this location are knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and treat you with respect no matter the question. This is my go-to location now.
