Moving my business to another store. My first visit to the store (one week ago for a water sample) started off a little rocky by the attendant I began speaking to annoyed that I had walked in at the same time as her “boyfriend”, but I was passed to Robin that was very knowledgeable and explained the pool water process to me in great detail. I left the store feeling like I was taken care of. Horrible service. The employee who was working on 07/22/2026, should not have a job. I asked to speak to a manager, she announced she was the assistant. If that is a representative for Leslie's pool Supplies, you should be ashamed.
Good place with a great selection of pool needs above ground and in ground parts and equipment lots of chemicals and options to choose from
I went To Leslie‘s yesterday to check on my spa they’re very helpful but today when I went, the guy was not very helpful. He just kind of printed out the troubleshooting sheet so there you go. I go to them for the expert advice. I didn’t get much this time.
