When I first moved to Middletown I had to learn how to maintain an inground pool. I went to multiple local stores and no one made me feel more comfortable then Leslie's. Especially Alyssa! She walked me step by step on how to do certain things throughout the year, made great recommendations and answered all my questions with patience and courtesy. I highly recommend this spot for all things pool related.
Very friendly and helpful staff, even tested my water with 2 minutes to close.
Customer service is horrible. After paying to have a filter installed the installers cut my wires for my controllers. Broke all my actuators and left it that way. Trying to get someone to fix this now is horrible and i cant get anyone here. When you call customer service its near impossible to get help.
Peter is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. We weren’t able to get the right information or guidance from other pool company’s until we met Peter. We were overwhelmed with numerous issues and Peter solved them all. He really cares about his customers and it shows.
