Customer service is horrible. After paying to have a filter installed the installers cut my wires for my controllers. Broke all my actuators and left it that way. Trying to get someone to fix this now is horrible and i cant get anyone here. When you call customer service its near impossible to get help.
Peter is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. We weren’t able to get the right information or guidance from other pool company’s until we met Peter. We were overwhelmed with numerous issues and Peter solved them all. He really cares about his customers and it shows.
I bought a pikaris wifi pool cleaner 4 years ago seems to be a lemon and they wouldnt exchange it, 3 out of the 4 summer seasons it has been in their shop for repairs, including this season, and i have been without. It cleaning my pool Buyer beware
