I bought the catfish pool vacuume and 3 months later it is not working. I have been told by the store to contact the manufacturer. Apparently Leslie’s pool supply does not back the product they sell. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend shopping here. Walmart back the product they sell better than this and they are in the same parking lot.
This is typically my store of choice, love the staff but TODAy, the gal with greasy long hair must have had a crap day. She seemed to be hating life and wouldnt even look to explain my balancing issue. Try and communicate like an adult child. Super annoyed.
Aug 2026 - Still terrible. Walked in at 5:55 to get four bags of salt and the person working actually said “uh I’m like closed in five minutes.” Overpriced and last resort when in a pinch. Showed up during listed business hours and they are closed. Stood outside with two other customers trying to call but no one answered. Terrible customer service.
