Legit had 9 people come over had 0 clue on what they were doing. This was embarrassing. How are you allowed to conduct business? They legit charged over 200 for a problem They could not even. Fix. You guys need to be shut down asap.
I purchased from a local pool store an electrical cord for my pool pump. It wasn’t long enough. I was told that you could not purchase a 6’ cord any longer. I was also told not to go to Leslie’s they wouldn’t have it. I called the saleswoman took the time to look and told me she had it. I ran to the store and it was what I needed. Thanks for your customer service and support.
I have been going here for over 25 years. Their products just seem to work when I need them. Maryanne is always pleasant when you enter the store and very helpful with any issues you got with your pool. She is part of the reason why I keep coming back, her customer service is excellent. She keeps a good team working here.
