It is a shame as Randee has been great so this was my go to store. The assistant manager is rude and inept. Went to get water tested and was helping a lady and chatting with her. While waiting he just kept talking about his trip to Vegas and then went in back room to get his phone to show photos of his trip. That is fine if no one else is there but you don’t do that when have customers waiting. Never once asked me how the pool was looking or any questions. Not knowledgeable when it comes to pool water tests. They gave me totally immaculate readings and when I questioned the person that was lecturing me on what I needed to do he just went on to tell me what I needed to do. Didn’t offer to retest. Went to a different Leslie’s and they gave me total different reading. Be careful what advice you take!
I had a mix-up with a part and Randee was outstanding, she went above and beyond with her customer service to make sure I had everything I needed to get our pool equipment running properly again. Thank you for all the help!!
I had a problem with a motor under warranty. Randee took care of it right away! Great service every time I go in.
