Raced over because Google says it’s open until 6pm. Store empty, doors licked. Sign on door says open 6 to 10 daily except Sunday. AM/PM not specified.
Since it is the end of pool season, I stopped by to get the kit to close the pool. The store was empty, so I thought I would get a nice personal service, but far from it. Was disappointed with the customer service, plus all I asked was more expensive than other pool stores in the area. I ended up leaving and ordering online. 🙁 I will return next season, I like their location.
Sorry Leslie's, but you absolutely deserve a horrible review. Please start educating your staff. And if you're not capable of this, please go out of business and stop wrecking poeples pools. One of your products actually had a high copper phosphate. It completely stained both the pool and jacuzzi.
I need corporate to engage and fix the issues with this store. Ten separate times this summer my husband or I have come to test water at the store where we also spend hundreds on chemicals and have been told they “don’t have testing discs”. When going to another Leslie’s store they inform us that all stores are sent the same amount of disks and that Hanover shows the most in stock which e tells me the employees are refusing to do water test either because they lack the skill or will power.
