Wouldn’t honor 2 day expired coupon. Know it’s expired but just got the thing in the mail last week. Sneaky.
Showed up at 9am on Wednesday when there supposed to be open and wasted my time waiting around 20 minutes before I decided to go to Rockland supply who knows when they showed up
What a disaster of a store. Understaffed and incompetent. I brought my Polaris vacuum in to be fixed which was bought from them and still under warranty. The vacuum sat in the back unfixed for 2 weeks. I tried to call the store and nobody answered the phone. I took my vacuum and got it fixed elsewhere same day. Turn around, these people don’t know what they’re doing.
This store was closed during normal business hours. Tuesday at 2 pm with a line of customers outside and no one answering the phone. Waited 20 min. Recommend Rockland Pool in Rockland or Aqua Jett in Pembroke. Both locally owned small business.
