What a disaster of a store. Understaffed and incompetent. I brought my Polaris vacuum in to be fixed which was bought from them and still under warranty. The vacuum sat in the back unfixed for 2 weeks. I tried to call the store and nobody answered the phone. I took my vacuum and got it fixed elsewhere same day. Turn around, these people don’t know what they’re doing.
Absolutely incompetent workers at this location. The guy made me wait for 15 minutes while he slowly explained someone’s pool levels. Rang me up at the register and then decide to tell me that they are cash only for today. 6 people waiting in line and wasting everyone’s time.
This store was closed during normal business hours. Tuesday at 2 pm with a line of customers outside and no one answering the phone. Waited 20 min. Recommend Rockland Pool in Rockland or Aqua Jett in Pembroke. Both locally owned small business.
Absolutely terrible experience. I’m a newly single mom of 3 boys trying to open my pool by myself for the first time. I needed a new filter and a part for the skimmer bucket. After being looked over twice and helping other customers that came in after me, neither employees were any help whatsoever. I had model number and specs of what I needed but the employee walked around the store just looking at stuff on the shelves and waited for me to Google the model numbers for him. Raced over because Google says it’s open until 6pm. Store empty, doors licked. Sign on door says open 6 to 10 daily except Sunday. AM/PM not specified.
