Great energy and customer service
Staff always helpful, Kacey the manager is amazing
1st time pool owner so I don't know much. Brought water to get tested. No conversion, I was just handed a piece of paper and said it was step by step what I need. There was probably three people behind me waiting to get their water tested so I did not want to ask the questions that I had to keep those people waiting. There was only one other person at the register that was not helping any customers and no customers in line. Walked around and couldn't find what I needed or a smaller version, so i left. It was a glove, yes a glove.. clogging my pool... Joe came out.. easily fixed. Coolest young man. Resourceful and helpful.
