First, let me start by stating the staff here (Jakob especially, Christian too), are generally nice, super knowledgeable and why I’ve been their customer for the last few summers since becoming a pool owner– honestly would’ve rated 5/5. My pool has been great thanks so much to their help. Usually come in, get my free water test, follow their instructions and try to be so kind and patient since it’s their busy season. did not have a good experience with this place. i came in here today looking for a pool thermometer and just so happened to get distracted by a giant giraffe floatie in the window, which i had wrongfully assumed i was allowed to look at as it was on display. whilst looking at it, an extremely irritated employee, who i assume is supposed to be Leslie, asked me if i needed anything in an extremely accusatory manner. he then proceeded to ask me the same thing again several times, as if he was suspicious of me. then the teenager... read more
