Horrible all around customer service. Ordered a 15x30 liner online to ship to store, arrived to the store after a associate said my package was there took the box home only to open it and it was a 50lb bucket of alkaline increases not a liner. Go back to the store and the associate tells me ordering online returns I can only do store credit! After going back and fourth calling the manager I got my money back but horrible experience. Came here because I need pool sand. There was one person working in the store, but he helped me with what I needed.

Stopped for pool Conditioner and Hardness products for a salt water pool. Always in stock, cashier helpfull. Only complaint is prices are HIGH!
