drove all the way to north providence to Bald hill in Warwick Store with a water sample, and have them suggest the treatment for my pool, the guy told me he couldn't take my sample, I that needed to call the store ahead of time, I did not know we needed an appointment for a water sample, on top of that he was rude and very unknowledgeable about pools.
I came here at 5:45 and someone was in the store but shut off all of the lights. I waited and he came out at 5:50 and left without saying anything to me when I asked about the hours stating they close at 6:00

Went an hour out of our way because the leslies in Cranston had what we needed, but they left a note on the door that the hours were now 1 to 6 on sundays...there were 4 cars here looking to get in. LESLIES update your hours so you don't screw your customers.
