New manager Mo is game changing at the Pikesville location. She is super personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Recently, she walked me through the various options for robotic pool cleaners and when I shopped around, it turns out her recommendation was spot on AND the best price! I’m also impressed with her ability to recall customers names. Very excited to see staffing individuals with quality customer service skills is still encouraged by businesses.
Customer service sucks at their business and the pool openers costs us $675 because they said we had an underground leak so our pool couldn't prime. Total Lie!! Be Aware!!
