Employees were helpful and courteous! Computers were "down", but all was taken care of efficiently and quickly!
I love my location in Pikesville!!! Having Jaelyn there is such a plus. She is very knowledgeable and honest. Please don't ever change her being there. Honestly, give that girl a cash bonus for keeping customers coming back to that store.
New manager Mo is game changing at the Pikesville location. She is super personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Recently, she walked me through the various options for robotic pool cleaners and when I shopped around, it turns out her recommendation was spot on AND the best price! I’m also impressed with her ability to recall customers names. Very excited to see staffing individuals with quality customer service skills is still encouraged by businesses.
