Just came to this Leslie’s. The two ladies working there were not helpful and showed no desire to help figure out my pool problems. The older lady was actually rude and should not be in the service industry.
I always have a fantastic experience at Lesley’s Pool Supplies thanks to Emily! From the moment I walk in, she’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I wasn’t quite sure what I needed for my pool maintenance, but Emily took the time to walk me through the options, explain the products in detail, and even offered helpful tips for getting the most out of them. I’ve spent a lot of money at Leslie’s over the years, but I will never shop there again. Corporate customer service is non-existent. I bought a heater, because they were running a “free install” promotion. I could never get an install scheduled…I guess it’s easy to promise anything if there’s no availability…when I contacted customer service, they blew me off…they have lost a loyal customer
Tim is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
