Bill is super helpful. He cares that customers are getting the best for their spa and are getting the most for their money. My spa would be a disaster without Bill's knowledge and help. The water tests are clutch for maintaining healthy water, but without Bill's time and effort, I would have no clue what the tests results mean or how to improve the water. He does the volume conversions for you and explains what each item is, why its needed and how it will work.
Great service, great help, the guys there are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their stock is very good as well. Decent prices...
Rarely do I post negative reviews but we just came in here, over an hour before their posted closing hours and the guy told us “he was trying to close early” so unless it was urgent…. (He didn’t want us there) he didn’t say that but he barely let us walk through the door before telling us more or less he was closed (an hour and fifteen minutes before the hours on the door and online say). I just wanted to share my experience with the Carlsbad Leslie pool supply. In a day when people don't go above a beyond to help me people, BILL in the Carlsbad Leslie Pool Supply did just that, He went both above and beyond. I was frantic because my pool company was holding me hostage trying to charge me over a $1000.00 more then anyone else to fix my pump. I called around trying to get it fixed for the right price.
