Been coming to the Penfield Store for over 12 years. Walk in today and it looked amazing, clean, and very organized. A first! Shelves were filled with dust free products and the inventory was well though through. Finding items was no problems in a timely manner. The manager knew the products and answered all my question and if he did not know the answer he researched it on the spot.
The folks at this location seem to be allergic to customer service and picking up the phone. Terrible customer service.
Bought a Hayward pump and filter system for my inground pool. However, they had no fittings for me to hook the pump and filter to my pool.. So after spending $1500 I still cannot circulate my pool. I switched from a different brand to Hayward, so I needed all the fittings. Culver is more expensive but they usually have what you need to get you up and running
I go there all the time for my work. They usually have everything I need. But when they don't, they are of no help. You CANNOT get a hold of them via phone to check for what they have in stock. The phone just rings and rings continuously. You can leave your name and number with them in the store to contact you when product arrives; except they never call.
