I have been calling all day, no answer. Your hours say 9-6. I drove down to your store and the lights are on, open sign on and nobody is here. I bought a cable and winch from you. We closed the pool a few months ago and yesterday the cable broke. Now the ice must have cut the liner and it is draining. I need to talk to a pool expert. I have been on line with national customer service with no help. I need to know how to minimize loss of my pool caving in.
They act like they know what there talking about but they don't, the chemicals they had me add to the pool made it unsafe to swim in and messed up all my other chemicals, got on the phone with my pool person, he told me those chemicals weren't even needed for the pool with his test strip and you can't mix them! Which the guy at the front desk told me I could mix them together 2 hours apart. Completely turned my pool from foggy blue to green and spiked all my other readings, just seems like a complete scam to me
