Take what they say with a large pinch of pool salt. Had issues with my pool. Went in with pictures of the pool and a test strip as I had been working all day and couldn’t bring a sample in at the time. I am so disappointed with this company. We figured the salespeople were manipulating the water testing numbers and today proved that as true. I went to have the water tested and was told my chlorine was excessively high. I was told our pool rating was 70% and to purchase a product to correct it. Another customer said I would not need that product. Never has anything I need and the lady is continuously rude.
I went to this location yesterday around 1pm for help. I recently purchased an above ground pool and have no clue on what I'm doing. I'm trying to connect a skimmer and noticed I didn't have a certain piece that it connects to not knowing the name of this piece I reached out the the sales clerk on duty. Went for the first time to have water tested and purchase chemicals. Person said since I was not in computer, she could not help me because system was down. I was offered no other help or solution. So what did they do before the days of computers? She could have taken a test strip of my water!!! Very disappointed.
