I am so disappointed with this company. We figured the salespeople were manipulating the water testing numbers and today proved that as true. I went to have the water tested and was told my chlorine was excessively high. I was told our pool rating was 70% and to purchase a product to correct it. Another customer said I would not need that product. Never has anything I need and the lady is continuously rude.
I went to this location yesterday around 1pm for help. I recently purchased an above ground pool and have no clue on what I'm doing. I'm trying to connect a skimmer and noticed I didn't have a certain piece that it connects to not knowing the name of this piece I reached out the the sales clerk on duty. Went for the first time to have water tested and purchase chemicals. Person said since I was not in computer, she could not help me because system was down. I was offered no other help or solution. So what did they do before the days of computers? She could have taken a test strip of my water!!! Very disappointed.
Although they did not have what I was looking for, crushed glass media, it was still a very enjoyable trip to Leslie's. The store was nice, tidy, and organized. The prices were comparable to other pool stores in the area, and the sales associate was very kind and respectful to my daughter and I. Would definitely go back for any more pool needs. They also test pool water for free.
