Great that they were local and had what we needed after just a short drive however the item was $45 compared to $22 online. More than double.

I called a week ago and the woman who answered the phone, Ms. Reuben, didn't speak English very well, didn't understand what I was saying, and kept putting me on hold for almost 40 minutes.
