Don’t shop at Leslie’s, the employees in store are awesome. But as far as their return policy, it’s awful. I bought a pool sweeper for $600 and I’m not happy with the way it performs. The smallest blade of grass makes it lose suction and stop working. I purchased this 2 months ago (60) days. Their return policy is 30 days. I didn’t want my money back, I simply wanted to return and purchase a different one from them. My pool guy recommended shopping at Leisure Pool Supply. I am a first time pool owner and had absolutely no idea what I was doing when treating my small pool. Josh was so helpful and kind in explaining in great detail the results of my pool water test and recommended the perfect products with the perfect pool recipe to keep my pool free from algae and safe to swim in.
