Pools are no longer affordable. Everything is a ripoff
The 2 associates that helped me were beyond kind and worked hard to help me find the part I needed. Highly recommend
I just a home with a pool and have no experience, the young man that help me with the purchase of a pool vacuum was very knowledgeable with outstanding customer service. Thanks again for all your help, I definitely be back when I’m ready to replace all my equipment.
Brian is the store manager, and Will work great as a team. Very knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer, they will find the answer for you.
Despite this location being walking distance from my home, I will make the trip down to the Placentia location to avoid the employee with the bad attitude at the East Lake Village Center location. Any other employee is more than happy to help, but this particular employee will contend with what product I am asking for , telling me that chlorine is not what I need for my pool.
