If you know what you are doing, this is a good "quick stop" for supplies. Took water sample there and they told me I need, what amounted to, over 30lbs of powder/chemicals. Went home and stabilized pool after about 2lbs of chemicals. Kyle has a place that conducts "pool school." Totally worth it and will keep you from getting ripped off. Leslie's is here to sell products. Every time I've done what they recommended, I needed to do 10 things to "undo" what they recommended. They mean we'll, but their technology is flawed. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but when you take a pool product in for service their lack of communication and follow up is very bad. Don't count on them to advise you of delays or parts that need to be ordered. Instead just be prepared to wait. And wait.
