This place used to be really awesome until they have this new lady that works behind the counter. Miss personality let me tell you won’t even greet. You won’t look at. You won’t communicate with you overly kind of rude when she does communicate with you makes me wish there was another pool supply company nearby.
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. We have a new above ground pool and need a lot of guidance. On 7/2 we took a water sample in to be tested and it was about 45 minutes before closing. The young lady working alone is a new employee and did a great job juggling several customers with returns, questions and Sample tests. We made it a point to tell her so. On 7/6 I called the store and spoke with Max and he was very helpful and encouraged any follow up questions I might have.

Great customer service.
