This particular store experience was great! Friendly and knowkegable
Terrible experience today. The manager doesn't know pools or pool care...just a salesman. Basically a used car salesman.. save yourself a trip and order online unless you really like paying 30% more for items. When I questioned that the price is higher than other places, he told me to leave. So I did and so should anyone who supports Leslie pools on Valencia and Nexus.
They had what i needed! Awesome!
The middle-aged employee with glasses and red/gray hair is consistently rude whenever I come in to have my water tested. He acts as though he doesn’t want to help customers with their water tests, which makes me question why he works here…I was going to buy a bucket of puckets. I will take my business elsewhere. I walked in the store, there were 2 other customers, he welcomed me by saying if you’re here for a water tested it’s going to be 30 minutes.
