We had a representative come out on the 21st of July, have a contract to start the work, he said they have everything in stock, and never heard from them again. We have tried calling and left messages and we still haven't heard back.
Great Service, And they test your water for free. I save 150 dollars a month now cleaning my own pool. Very nice friendly staff, very knowledgeable.
What happened to this store? No one answers the phone and when I tried going in person last week during business hours the store was dark and locked up. Business has taken a turn here for sure!
On Saturday, July 18, 2026 I walked in to the Menifee store it was very busy, I was there to test my water and had two people in front of me and two behind me. The lady (Shatala) that was doing the water test was constantly on her cell phone at one point she walked to the back of the store on her phone and didn't even had the courtesy of telling the client she would be right back or the others waiting that she would be with them as soon as possible. We have loved this store, it had wonderfulcustomerservice. Today customer service was non existent. We won't return.
