Very helpful staff. I appreciate them testing my pool water in a sophisticated way and telling me exactly how to fix it.
This location arranged a service call where I was provided with a quote. Money was tight at the time but now that I want to get the work to my spa done, they don't have anything on file and I have to pay for a new service call to get the repairs and upgrade quoted again. How do they stay in business when they don't track their customers? Complete lack of Customer Service and it felt like they were argumentative because that's the way they do things. Period.
They did an outstanding job repairing my pool pump. Francisco was the very best and Matt was most efficient in managing the repair
We visited the La Quinta store today, from the time we walked in the energy was off. Sales rep did not greet us, although we were the only customers there, didn’t have a name tag, but a red tattoo was visible in the neck area. We asked for pool vacuum cleaners and the rep pointed to the area instead of showing us what they had. She/He wasn’t helpful at all, poor customer service skills, huge lack of communication skills, acted like she/he cared less if we purchased anything, not sure why Leslie’s pool will hire people that d... read more
My sister and I went into pool supply looking for tri chlor powder. At first it didn't seem as if there was any and yah girl Emily found some hidden in the back!! We are here out of town prepping for the Coachella festival and this was the highlight of our day! The pool at our resort needs some of Leslie's supplies. Thank you Emily for being kind to us and helping us out. Highly recommend and Emily needs a raise !
