Great customer service and thorough knowledge of products and pool operations
Very very impressed with this store. My pool sweep broke and the staff here was very helpful in assisting me through the attempted repair and then the warranty process. Can’t say enough good things about the staff, thank you Eric and Tieryn.
It would be easy to say that Tieryn was having a bad day, but unfortunately this was the second time I’ve experienced her rude, condescending ‘service’. First, she was upset because I brought in my own container for a test of my spa water; next, she was argumentative about a product that I had purchased there in the past, claiming that the product did not exist. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I definitely won’t be coming back for round three.
Found what we needed and the customer service was excellent!! Very helpful and knowledgeable!!
