I had a great experience with this pool company. They tested my pool water for free and took the time to explain exactly what chemicals were needed and how much to add to get everything balanced properly. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions. The service was also very quick and efficient, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for helpful pool care advice and excellent customer service.

I was trying to return the vacuum that I bought from them but they didn’t accept it. The staff said it’s more than 30 days. How can I return the vacuum within 30 since we were in vacation for 2 weeks when the vacuum stops working. The first staff that I talked to said that I need to talk to the manager. The next time I visited the store, I talked to the manager but she refused to accept the product. They are ripping ordinary people who just want to enjoy swimming during the summer months.
