I was trying to return the vacuum that I bought from them but they didn’t accept it. The staff said it’s more than 30 days. How can I return the vacuum within 30 since we were in vacation for 2 weeks when the vacuum stops working. The first staff that I talked to said that I need to talk to the manager.
