On May 21st my 1 year old Polaris pool vacuum stopped working. After calling their tech support line they told me it needed warranty repairs and to take to your local Leslie's. I got in the car and drove over since I was trying to open the pool for Memorial Day. I was greeted by a man whom told me their pool vac tech was on vacation but to expect a few month wait and walked me back to see all the broken pool vacs. Trexlertown, PA store all staff on 8/12/2025 went to lunch at the same time and closed the store. Shame on management for staffing so light and mismanaging labor to close the store to customers during this time. Rotate staff lunches to keep store open.
Jasmine, the manager, was super helpful in finding the right filter system for my pool. Also, very competitive pricing.
The people that work here are extremely rude and should probably find other jobs. Not very helpful at all. Fix the AC! Maybe your customers would stay a little longer and buy more stuff
