People working have little pool knowledge and refused to leave the counter to help. Just a point and "if we have it, it's over there"
They'll cancel your online order on you, without contacting you. Abandoning any rewards points you use, in addition to special online deals. When you try to call to find out what happened, they don't answer the phone.
Patrick is wonderful and easily the hardest working person in the pool business he answers all your questions quickly and promptly. He seems to run the entire store and operation. I go and get a quick pool test. Use his recommendations and never have any issues! We’ve been using Patrick for the last four years and feel he makes pool ownership and easy task! Leslie’s has low enough prices that I use them solely. And their rewards program is also rather robust for what I’m spending.
