The GM at this location is excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable. I feel he is on my team as I work to rebalance a pool that was recently emptied, resurfaced and refilled. Patrick is my new go-to guy in everything pools.
Store supposed to be open at 9am. Still not open at 9:45, customers told me they had been waiting since 9. Had limited time and could not stay.
Outstanding Customer Service & Great Inventory - Even though I was a new owner of an old in-ground pool just 6 weeks ago, Don and the staff at Leslie's on Paoli Pike helped me understand and find solutions for my pool in TREMENDOUS fashion, such that the pool became clear and blue in just 3 weeks of going to Leslie's (starting at near-black). I'm just getting a little tired of the attitude from the green haired staff girl at this location. Every time I'm in there for our hot tub supplies and I have a question I feel like I'm on borrowed time with her. After maybe half-answering a question I have that's related to my hot tub (a $10,000 purchase that I bought from Leslies!) she seems to be done with me.
