SCAMMER ALERT, PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW Attached is a screen shot. This scamming company kept over 300$ from me. I fell for there scam of the accublue hole device. It’s a water tester. So because I didn’t feel good about the test results and then trying to get over 400$ worth of chemicals out of me and my water was crystal clear, I took my pool water to 2 different pool stores and had it tested. Went in there last weekend and I didn't get the name of the older guy but he was just awful. Terrible customer service. So rude and short. Was not trying to help at all and seemed completely annoyed. I ended up returning everything I bought 2 days later just because of the negative experience. Amazon has the same items for half the price anyway.
Don’t buy a Hayward pool pump here if you’re going to install it yourself. If it stops working properly 3 months later (still under warranty) you'll pay $189 for Leslie’s to send someone out to diagnose the problem and determine it’s something under warranty. We were told he’d then leave you the part or pump to install yourself. Might as well just pay for the install in the first place so it’s covered without the extra fee.
