Spoke with sales person, Ken S. regarding light gasket replacement. He was very helpful in helping me select high-end gaskets for the repair. He also has given me assistance with other pool repairs and equipment. If you have questions he is the man with the answer.

What a waste of time. I called yesterday about a filter. They said they didn’t have the exact one, but had something compatible and to bring my old one in for comparison. I drove an hour to get to the store and the general manager gas lit me telling me that he didn’t tell me to bring my old filter in yesterday and the only option was to special order the part. Why would I go through the trouble to make the drive? I’ll never go back to this store.

Will never go back to this store. We brought some supplies back to return them and the guy there couldn't process the return because we didn't have an account (we had a receipt and the items were unopened). The kid working there (Weston? Wesley?) had no idea what to do. He texted his manager but didn't hear back so we had to leave. We went back the next day and a lady was working and said she also didn't know how to do the return.
