Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service experience. Tyler, the assistant manager at this location, was completely unprofessional. I called as a Pro Partner needing help with site login credentials. Other store locations immediately understood what I needed but explained they couldn’t assist because their manager wasn’t available. Tyler, however, refused to help outright, showed no interest in understanding the issue, had a very poor attitude, and ultimately hung up on me mid-conversation. Great service and chemicals.
This is the 2nd time I've dropped my water off to get checked in the little buckets labeled 1, 2, 3 etc. I came back 45 minutes later and the guy is working on someone else's water. I guess it's not a quick drop off service. You'll need to stay in line to keep your place. Not the service I was expecting. I guess these employees can't tell who's water is next or they just need to be watched over so they won't lose track of who's next.
