I was a customer at Chipotle, and when I was leaving and reached into my pocket to grab my car key, I dropped my air pod earbud on the floor. After driving for half an hour, I realized the earbud was missing, so I used the Find My app. My earbud was on the floor right where I parked in between Chipotle and Leslie’s Pool Supply. Terrible customer service experience. Tyler, the assistant manager at this location, was completely unprofessional. I called as a Pro Partner needing help with site login credentials. Other store locations immediately understood what I needed but explained they couldn’t assist because their manager wasn’t available. Tyler, however, refused to help outright, showed no interest in understanding the issue, had a very poor attitude, and ultimately hung up on me mid-conversation.
