After not being able to get anyone on the phone I decided to make the drive down because their online hours state 9-6 daily. The store was closed with no explanation to customers. If you're reading this I suggest herbs pool supplies down the road.
Store manager, Cody, really helped me out today with what I thought was an insurmountable pool pump installation problem. Such a relief and pleasure to deal with an expert who understood my issues and got me going down the correct path. Thank you, Cody!
I came into this store one morning to get a pool noodle for a small project completely unrelated to pools, and unexpectedly had the most delightful ten minutes of my week. The two gentlemen working had no reason to be so friendly, so funny, so engaging, but I'm so glad they were. I do not have a pool, but I wish I did so that I had reason to visit this location now often.
Excellent customer service! The worker was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He even carried out a heavy bag of pool salt to my car for me!
Staff was very helpful, took a lot of time to explain the fine points of chlorinating my above-ground pool, even though they didn’t install it. Great selection of pool swag, especially for kids
