I went there asking for help with my pool. I bought products that made it worse. On my third visit the skinny young dude that works there has no customer service skills. They didn’t make a point to remember me or really look at the water test results. Instead they tried to sell me the same thing again. When I explained, I’ve been there before and the situation he then just told me I need to remove the water altogether from the pool. I have a fiberglass pool. That’s not an option. Brian is extremely helpful and patient when working with his customers. He has helped me quite a few times and is very knowledgeable! I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend this store Leslies pools in Bensalem and Brian!
