All kinds of rude. Young thin guy had an attitude the whole time. He couldn't answer 2 of my questions. Then he acted like I was nuts for suggesting he ask the manager who was out back on a cigarette break. Then he tried telling a couple who walked in that they could not purchase any supplies unless they had a water test done in the store. Then he said, "well you can if you want to damage your stuff." I would give 0 stars if I could. The 2 " men" working yesterday were completely rude. Would not let me speak to even understand what I was in there for. I understand I don't have a big pool but I still needed help. Felt like since I'm woman they didn't want to help me. Not sure what the blonde kids name was but the other was Brian. I will be ordering what I need from Amazon.
Called in and requested information for a pretty big purchase. Brian was so patient and helpful. I decided to go ahead with the purchase so I drove to the store where Brian had it all ready to go. He confirmed everything in the package. It should’ve been in there with me and help me take it out to my vehicle. I got to say, Brian represented the company. Extraordinarily well today. Thank you, sir.
