Won't go back, 40 minute drive to the closest Leslie's. I was immediately dismissed no hi, how can I help you, she just looked at my bottle and rolled her eyes as soon as I walked in with a water sample to test. The bottle was literally the same size as theirs. She never even bothered to look at it. She proceeded to say that she needs all of the sample to flush the machine before testing. Horrible service at this Leslie’s location. Walked in and stood in line to ask for a part we needed for our pool vacuum. 3 workers and no one asked us what we needed. Another gentlemen walked in and they offered to help him. Then a cashier mentioned how we were next. That’s when we were helped. My husband told her the part we needed. She walked us there and handed it to him and as she is walking away she told us to speak up if we needed help next time. People that go into Leslie’s go in for help for their pool needs.
