It may have taken a while but I got my problem taken care of.
They took my Polaris cleaner and told me they were ordering the part to repair it, and then 2 weeks later they blamed the delay for the part on Fedex. When I called again 2 weeks later, the person in the office said no part had ever been ordered, so they had lied to me all of this time. This is a completely unacceptable manner for a business to behave and treat its customers, and I would not recommend anyone use this company.
Great experience. I had been purchasing our hot tub supplies on-line until a repairman told me about Leslie's. Sales person was extremely helpful.
