Great experience. I had been purchasing our hot tub supplies on-line until a repairman told me about Leslie's. Sales person was extremely helpful.
First time calling and last. terrible customer service, just called to see if they had an item in stock and this dude Josh didn’t even ask for any information on the piece I was looking for. He would not directly answer the questions I was asking or listen to what I was saying. His voice made it sound like it was a chore talking to me for the measly 1 minute spent on the line. When I stated what I was trying to find he quickly followed it with “ we don’t have that check the website”. You don’t like your job then quit homie. ... read more
