This has been our go to place for over 4 years because the manager ROB was amazing. He was always there to answer questions, always willing to help, worked so many hours when they couldn't find staff, and always had a smile on his face. We went in this past week to find out that the company let him unfairly. It shows the way this company treats their loyal employees. We will never shop Leslie's again.
I was getting horrible advice at closer pool store when I first got my pool. 6 months after started going to Leslie. Justin, Frank, and Rob have never had my pool cleaner. These guys make it enjoyable to get my water tested worth the extra 15 min drive.
I brought my MX6 in to be looked at as I was having issues with it working consistently. Justin told me he would look at it and within an hour he called and it was ready for pickup. He replaced the motor and driveshaft as well as the tracks. Justin was a man of his word always helpful and has integrity and ethics. Gary L
