Outstanding customer service!!! I came in looking for one green pool noodle and, I apologize in advance for misspelling his name, Munoir went above and beyond to get me one…. A POOL NOODLE! I was so impressed with his polite, friendly demeanor and quick actions to meet my needs. This kind of customer service is rare these days. He made my day!
Not very Knowledgeable on problem solving seame like they need more training
Bought shock from Leslie’s pool because the gentleman at the store told me I probably needed it. He said I could in return it within 30 days if I don’t need it. Went to store today to return and was told I cannot return it. So now I’m stuck with $120 of unopened pool shock that I can’t use. Should probably train your employees better I feel like I got bait and switched. Sad business prectices
