We came to this Leslie’s for some pool supplies for a commercial pool account. Marissa assisted us in finding what we needed, and she was kind and very helpful. I am giving Marissa 5 stars. Unfortunately the other employee (in a black shirt) was unnecessarily rude. We paid for everything using a company card, and that employee in the black shirt didn’t think it was going to go through. Staff are friendly but slow and inexperienced.
Great store for most pool-related needs... not for above-ground spas.
Outstanding customer service!!! I came in looking for one green pool noodle and, I apologize in advance for misspelling his name, Munoir went above and beyond to get me one…. A POOL NOODLE! I was so impressed with his polite, friendly demeanor and quick actions to meet my needs. This kind of customer service is rare these days. He made my day!
