This store advertises you can order on line and pick up the next day but when you go there … it’s not true. Instead you order on line then wait for them to ship it to the store … even though it’s in stock. They will not help you cancel the on line order. They will treat you like you’re mad when you question why the item is not available to pick up … as advertised. This is my store! The guys here are wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't use a pool company, they help me maintain clear consistent pool water and that saves me $$. Thanks to this team.
just wanted to give a big shout out thank you to the crew over there at Leslie’s pool supplies right down here at the buses little mall in Gold Canyon. These guys are awesome. They’re open every day and they’re really knowledgeable about everything. “pool”. It doesn’t matter who’s in the store. They’re all really engaging and willing to teach you the things you need to know usually dealing with Erin and Robert.
