Rude employees. Left my equipment for repair. They told me two weeks. It’s been over six weeks now and the employee gives me attitude how they’re understaffed and there’s nothing they can do about it.
I just want to give the biggest shoutout to the team at Leslie’s Pools in Spring. Every time I walk in, they go above and beyond to help, no matter what I need. The staff is always friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to jump in and solve problems. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I have been using Leslie Pools off of Rayford Rd for years & I am never disappointed with Kevin (GM) and his team! They are helpful in answering my questions or in helping me troubleshoot my pool problems! Recently they were able to fix my Polaris pool cleaner with minimal cost (only for parts) and it is working good as new! Thanks Kevin!
Kevin was awesome. He stayed over, helped me with my pump motor and educated me about pump care and options. Thank you Kevin.
