Rachel was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during my visit to the pool supplies store. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the right chemicals for my pool, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her customer service was friendly, patient, and professional the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers instead of just making a sale. Thanks to Rachel, my pool has never looked better. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop by!
It was just "ok". The kid working was friendly. This is NOT the place to go if you need things for an above ground pool. They didnt carry any of it and he told me I needed to check Amazon or the manufacturer. Crazy because what I needed (filter strainer lid) is a common part. Just wish there was a local place that you don't have to resort to online.
