They do free water analysis for pools and spas. The computer generates a list of suggestions based on the testing parameters. Sometimes the information in the forms doesn't apply to issues with the pool. They aren't very helpful with diagnosing chemical issues beyond the computerized print out. The workers do not understand basic chemistry principles like the pH scale or how to manipulate it.
Brenda and Donna are very good at helping. Seems they have list Brenda but they now have a gentleman named David and he is courteous and helpful. I have been shopping there for about 6 years now and learned it's best to spend a little now, you'll save a lot in the ling run.
Couldn't shop in peace
Donna and the team are the best, they have helped me thru a pool start up amazingly.
