They don’t know anything. Went there to order a part for a leaf canister, turns out they ordered the wrong part (see the pic, on the right is what I needed, which I took to the store, on the left is what they shipped). Then when I said I also need the PVC fitting, they said it’s not sold separate and that I need to buy a whole new leaf canister system and that it costs $325. They will order wrong parts. Don’t trust them. I will only use them for very simple stuff like buying chlorine.
Leslie’s delivers on Service, Equipment, and Shows Up! After another being given the run around for over a week by another pool company, being told I had to pay for them to just come and look (even although the problems were obvious!), given an exorbitant estimate and told after signing only then I’d be put on their schedule but they couldn’t say when…🧐🤨 I reached out to Leslie’s Pool Supply in Dripping Springs and was helped by Jesse immediately! Pool chemicals are expensive and nobody likes that. But if one must spend the money to keep the pool looking great, Leslies in Dripping is the best place to do so. The manager is very helpful and the experience is as easy as can be.
