Love this store!! Repaired my Polaris pool cleaner recently at no charge ("found a few rocks in the gears").. and a year ago did an extensive repair on the cleaner at no charge ("found out it was under warranty still"). Amazing staff!!!!!!! Go all out for their customers.
They tested pool water and gave me wrong information. Told me alkalinity was low and sold me alkalinity up. Recommended 15 lbs. my alkalinity was actually high! So glad I tested it myself then went to different pool supply to verify. Wont go back. It’s best to test pool water yourself and know pool chemistry. Could if messed my pool up bad.

Very poor customer service. Went in the store for information or products to help soften water in Hot Tub, received a very rude inconsiderate snappy answer. Needs to work on her custom service skills.
