Outstanding service at all levels. Gabrielle, the store manager, provided excellent service regarding recommending a pool pump booster and helped me get it scheduled. Sabastian the technician did an outstanding job replacing the pump. Alex, store clerk was super helpful and polite. Everyone in this store is very customer satisfaction oriented. Super polite and very knowledgeable. Their service repair and equipment prices are very reasonable and better than other places I called. Highly recommend them.
Love this store!! Repaired my Polaris pool cleaner recently at no charge ("found a few rocks in the gears").. and a year ago did an extensive repair on the cleaner at no charge ("found out it was under warranty still"). Amazing staff!!!!!!! Go all out for their customers.
They tested pool water and gave me wrong information. Told me alkalinity was low and sold me alkalinity up. Recommended 15 lbs. my alkalinity was actually high! So glad I tested it myself then went to different pool supply to verify. Wont go back. It’s best to test pool water yourself and know pool chemistry. Could if messed my pool up bad.
