Great service they know everything about pool but the only the thing that the chemicals are very expensive 40 dollars for a bottle of chemicals that’s just ridiculous but very good
Purchased the most expensive solar pool cover from them in early April. Opened my pool a few weeks later. Put the cover on. Crappy weather for awhile in Levittown. But the past 2 weeks or so mostly sunny. My pool is in the sun from sunrise till about 430 pm. The pool never got warm. I have had cheaper solar covers and for the past 25 years my pool is always warm. I don’t have the receipt or the box. The salesperson put in the wrong email address in when I purchased it. I went in to buy a backwash hose, the guy in there was extremely helpful and nice. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Geographically speaking; it doesn’t make sense for me to go back there, but the man behind the counter was very nice and helpful as previously stated.
I have been going to Leslie’s Pools in Levittown since we bought our pool in 2020. I buy all of my chemicals and supplies from Leslie. I rely on my water testing results and their staff member to guide me on what to do. Chris is the main person who has helped me since day one. He is a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and never oversells me on any product. If not for him, our pool would not be in the perfect condition that it’s always in.
