Had a big algae problem. Went in to the Rocky Point store. Joe, the manager was outstanding. Helped me to rebalance the pool. Did end up spending about $250 or more in chemicals and supplies. Went in for. Few days continuously and Joe was so patient and helpful. Then went in on 7/4th and although still helpful, I felt it odd that Rich told me that “I didn’t need to come in every day”!
