In store some of the employees are attentive and nice, but others are unhelpful and short. The store often does not have basic items in stock like filters and hoses. They have no information when the items will be back in stock. They do not have on location residential pool services available like opening, cleanings and closures. They referred Absolutely Pools ((Tony and Aj) and they were dishonest and did not fulfill agreed upon services and increased the quoted price at end of serving. Attempts to reconcile were ignored. Saved My Summer Party! – Thank You, Leslie’s Pool Supplies July 1st: I had just set up my first 18 ft round x 4 ft deep above-ground pool — brand new and filled to the top. Never have what you need for parts
Excellent Staff at this location . We put in a pool 2 years ago and I come in here a few times a year during summer to get my water tested. The staff at this store are so accommodating and KIND, something we don't see in customer service anymore. I know I can buy my chemicals elsewhere for a little less but if it helps pay the workers salaries than I'm in!! Nice to have a brick and mortar with such nice people. Special shout out to Djean N, I don't know what he gets paid but he should get a raise!!
