Saved My Summer Party! – Thank You, Leslie’s Pool Supplies July 1st: I had just set up my first 18 ft round x 4 ft deep above-ground pool — brand new and filled to the top. Excellent Staff at this location . We put in a pool 2 years ago and I come in here a few times a year during summer to get my water tested. The staff at this store are so accommodating and KIND, something we don't see in customer service anymore. I know I can buy my chemicals elsewhere for a little less but if it helps pay the workers salaries than I'm in!! Nice to have a brick and mortar with such nice people. Special shout out to Djean N, I don't know what he gets paid but he should get a raise!!

I just bought a deluxe winter closing kit for $59 and the winter sorb was missing. I have one day to close the pool before I go back to work and wanted to start with the chemicals . I figured I could start the closing process and always throw the sorb in after. I explained the situation to the associate that answered the phone on Oct 1 at 220pm and no apology etc said to bring the box back and will get a new box.
