Called the Poughkeepsie store where no one answered the phone and didn’t have voicemail it just rang off the hook. I called the Middletown store and my questions were answered right away. Great customer service
Jeff at Leslie’s Pool Supplies provided outstanding service from start to finish. He took the time to diagnose the issue with my pressure-side cleaner, explain what it needed, and get it back up and running. He also followed up several times with updates and was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. Jeff truly went above and beyond. Excellent customer service.
Jeff helped us get our pool blue after struggling with VERY GREEN water for over 4 weeks. He is always attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. We are no longer going to the “other” pool store we were using.
Great service by the water tester
