I brought my vacuum in the middle of April for service. The store manager, Steve, told me it would be processed quickly. He said he knows how to take a computer apart so it shouldn't be hard(first sign of ignorance). I stopped back and checked in with him weekly. He kept blaming Polaris for waiting for parts. I ended up calling Polaris to check about the parts and they said nothing has been put in for warranty.
